Terms and conditions

KNIGHT GUARD “Tactical Equipment” reserves the right to change or adjust terms & conditions based on internal policies and international regulations.

Policy

KNIGHT GUARD “Tactical Equipment” aims to offer production orders at very competitive prices and quick deliveries.

We sell our equipment and apparel to governments, asssociations and private companies all over the world and on B2B Basis.

Note that all offered equipment will be produced to order and is therefore not in stock.

If you want to check our products physically, you can purchase a sample or visit us a tour showroom at Thurgauerstrasse 117, 8152 Opfikon-Switzerland.

Production orders within 30-45 days.

Prices

Production Orders

Within Switzerland we offer including 7.7% Swiss VAT. Swiss VAT will be added based on order volume. Delivery cost is based on order and will be added on Invoice.

For orders outside Switzerland please contact us by mail (info@knightguard.ch) for a quote to your port of delivery. We normally deliver by Incoterm CIF.

Opening Hours

To ensure accurate details in product availability, our web site is regularly updated throughout the day.

Orders placed outside our opening hours may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Minimum Order

Production Orders

Minimum order quantities differ by product division, please check at division.

Payments

Orders

Payments will be accepted by bank wire.

For first orders or orders below MOQ we request full payment in advance and deposit payments of 70% for follow-up orders to start production.

We will start production orders after your payment (Full-Payment first order/ Deposit 70% follow-up orders) has been receipted. Balance payments have need to be done before delivery.

The order will be dispatched after we have receipt of the client‘s balance payment. Bank details are mentioned on your invoice.

Payment Options

Please contact for options. Directly after ordering the product you will receive an invoice on which you will find our bank details. When the payment has reached our account we will start production or will deliver your order in case of balance payment.

Transport/Delivery Time

BULK ORDERS by Sea (per agreement). Please be aware that delivery by sea can take up to 45 days and can result in delays due to weather conditions or custom control which can occur and in which we do not have any influence at all.

REGULAR ORDERS by Air. Delivery by air normally takes up to 8 days.

In case of delay, we will inform you and keep you up to date about the delivery situation.

Note: Deliveries outside Switzerland will be delivered to port of arrival as per customer choice. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on stock orders and if for any reason you are not happy please return it in the original package unused within 7 days and we will replace or exchange it at your request.

Return the items to KNIGHT GUARD, Thurgauerstrasse 117, 8152 Opfikon, Switzerland.

Bulk orders are made on customer request. Deposit payments cannot be returned after production has started. Orders cannot be cancelled nor returned after payment receipt.

Cancellation of booked training courses require cost coverage as follows: 30 Days before course start require 100% non-refundable course costs

Complaint

At KNIGHTGUARD.CH we do value our customers satisfaction and hope we have met or exceeded your expectations.

However sometimes things can go wrong and should you have any complaints regarding our service or your order please email us at: info@knightguard.ch.

Complaints have to be submitted in written form within 5 working days after receipt of order.

Complaints about damage caused through delivery or unloading must be submitted to the freight agent or courier directly after delivery and by the itself.

We don’t take any responsibility for damages caused through delivery or unloading.

Errors & Omissions

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us via our contact-us page.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. You will be promptly be informed if such a situation arises.

Production orders are allways made on customer request. However we dont take any responsibility for errors caused by unprecise specification sent/submitted by customer.

For production orders please also note that there can be damage like scratches due to transport. For such damage we reject any responsibility. Complaints therefore must be made directly to the trucker company who is delivering the goods to your door.
